Dear sir,

Today we had a short informal meeting with Dasho Chitem Tenzin Offg. HoC for the embassy.
The main agenda of the meeting is to inform us about the situation that might rise in Thailand related to some political issues. If in case in the rise of political issues or problem we must be prepared to keep ourselves safe together and as far as possible try to reach at the embassy.  So for that we must at least follow the following points in case of emergency to be prepare or act:

1. Create a place to gather in case of emergency and get to the embassy.
2. Avoid risky or marked areas.
3. Keep all the documents ready like, visa, passport, std card, etc.
4. Awareness on alternative routes to reach the embassy.
5. Avoid wearing yellow/red shirts and keep yourself away from any demonstrations.
6. keep in touch or track of your friends.
7. Meet and form your group in case of emergency to stay safe.
8. In case of emergency contact the embassy personnel or BSAB officials.
9. Everybody must keep the contact numbers of embassy personnel.
10. All private and scholarship students need to submit your contact numbers and address to the university representative so that they can send to BSAB officials.
11. Be alert but don't panic.

We are said that every body must be informed about this and prepared but don't make it as a public issue, its just for our own mind set up that things might happen. So please make it very confidential but let all the Bhutanese friends be informed about this...

I am also sending you the contacts of embassy personnel and please try to forward the contacts to all the university representatives so that they can distribute to all friends....

Be informed...but don't panic...n don't post in the facebook its confidential!!!

Thank you...
