Hello there

As earlier informed, we graduate on 17th December 2013, and we . would like to travel back on either 21st/22nd of December. We have retained the gap of 3 working days so that we can complete the clearance process and for submitting the final polished printed copy of our research.

Kindly do take into consideration the extra baggage that we have while booking the tickets.

Thank you.

Sincerely Yours,

Hello

The PMBF course finishes next month, and we officially graduate on the 17th of December (This date will be confirmed to you by Ms. Kluaymai.) and we should be able to leave the campus within the next 10 days, after all formalities are complete.

When you are booking the air tickets, please kindly talk with the carrier regarding extra baggage, since we have about 15 kgs of books only, apart from our usual things. I think they may consider about 10-20 kg extra for those who are participating in continuing-education programs (they usually do).

Meanwhile, do share with us the contact details of the new head of HR too.

Thank you.

Dear Sir,

As per letter number 27/HRd/6/185 dated 18th April,2013, the budget for research has been already release to individual scholars and for your information there is no such provision for arrangement.
However, it has been directed to instruct you to submit a proposal for such visit to Bhutan for research with supporting documents from AIT .

Thanking You,
Pema Dechen

Pema,

I know the scholars this time is doing research based course. Check if there is provision for such arrangements and I remember releasing the research fund. Otherwise, advise Hem to submit proposal for such visit to Bhutan for research and with supporting documents from AIT.

Subject: Research difficulties

Dear Pema

You will be aware that we have started our research papers, and all of us have selected topics relevant to Bhutan.

In this regard, I have to inform you that much of the data required IS NOT available on the net (even BOB annual report is not available in the website) and we feel will need to visit Bhutan for collection of data. Correspondence with colleagues seem to give us only a limited amount of data.

We are trying to arrange our schedule accordingly to minimise class disruptions and will let you know shortly for logistic support.

Thank you.

Sincerely Yours,
