Tentative date for travel back to Bhutan

Hi

I guess you would have seen the mail from our HR.. Please suggest a tentative date that is convenient for you all to travel to Bhutan- we'll suggest the one that is selected by all/ or at least the nearest one, for booking our tickets. I think any preponement or postponement costs needs to be borne individually.

Please note: 

(1) The fact that we graduate on 17th December is known to them, and I have tentatively suggested a window of 10 days after that. 

(2) The whole of December is ours, since the rents will anyways be paid for the whole month by us- but our HR guys may start wondering if we suggest a date that is too far after 17th December. My guess would be- it shouldn't go further away than 31st December. 

Do suggest your choice of dates.

(Personally, I am ready to move on the weekend that falls after 17th- which is 21st/22nd )
