Dear Ms. Kluaymai
As discussed this morning with you, we have started on the preliminary part of our research. However, data availability has proved to be quite a problem. You are already aware of the communication gaps between us and our office colleagues, because a part of our cultural upbringing demands that meeting is the only option in many cases where feedback/information is sought.
Therefore, we would like to request you to kindly convey to our HR department that the team would be visiting Bhutan as a part of research data collection, during the break between Module 2 and 3, so that class schedules are not affected.
I will also be informing them, but a prior intimation from your office would really help!
Thank you.
Sincerely Yours,
