Kim - please try this one; it is fantastic and hard.
The idea of the workout is to keep the 100s to leave on the "top".
For the 100s, if you miss after the first 100, move down to the 75, if you still miss, please go to the 50s.
Thus, for the 6x100s on 1:10, do the first 100, as fast as you can, take 5 seconds if you miss the 110, swim a 75 hard, and if you miss the 2:20 take it to a 50 and hold there. Or just make them all on 110. You will have fins and paddles on.
