Frogman Swim

All -

As you know most know - I put a stop to running for a little while and aggresively built up my swimming to participate in the Frogman swim again this year.  It is less than two weeks away, but I need your help again!

 

You have helped me train in both running/biking/swimming, I humbly ask you to help Navy Seals' families and their needs as they consistantly risk their lives for our freedom.

 

If you can make it on January 11th to see these guys swim and support their fellow Frogmen, it is a sight to see.
