All -
   I wanted to get the yardage up, especially after a week of water polo.  The goal was to get through as many 200's as possible - 20 if possible in the hour that we have together.
 
5 sets of 4 - 200's.  Some accomplished it.
Great stuff - see the attached workout.
4000 yards is a great feat in one hour!
