Here was today's workout.
 
400 - 75 Swim/25Kick
200 - Kick
200 - Pull
 
4x75, 25 Drill/50 Build
 
 
3 Times through - 50s 1. :45/:50, 2. :40/:45, 3. :35/:40 with Fins; 200 is swim, not easy, not fast
[5x50 -
200]
 
8x50; Stroke/10 Push ups/Easy Free 1,2: Fly, 3,4: Back, 5,6 Breast, 7,8 Free
 
10x25 Odd: under water; Even: kick
 
100 Easy/Warm Down
 
3200 Total
