===== Sunday 4th March - Nigel Price
Nigel is a guitarist steeped in the Blue Note traditions of artists like Kenny Burrell, and the Hammond organ combos of Jimmy Smith and others. His trio recently won the accolade of Best Jazz Ensemble at the Parliamentary Jazz Awards and his debut album release, simply entitled "Live" has received great critical acclaim. He was a member of The James Taylor Quartet for several years, where he toured extensively throughout Europe and Asia and he has become a very popular visitor to jazz clubs in London and the rest of the country. He appears tonight with Laurence Cottle on bass, Dave Ohm on drums and Simon Carter on piano.
===== Sunday 11th March - Damon Brown & Yutaka Shinna Qnt
Tonight's gig is part of an extensive UK tour featuring an international array of jazz artists. The UK's own Damon Brown is a trumpeter of great acclaim and respect throughout the whole of Europe. His collaborations with former Miles Davis sideman Steve Grossman and an All Parliamentary Jazz Award have seen his profile gain even more recognition in recent years. Tonight's gig sees him join forces with Japan's finest modern jazz pianist, Yutaka Shinna, and German double bassist Martin Zenker. Yutaka has been at the forefront of the Japanese jazz scene for 20 years during which time he has performed and recorded with the likes of Roy Hargrove and Christian McBride. Martin Zenker's international reputation has been cemented as a member of the legendary Jimmy Cobb trio. The line up is completed by French saxophonist Michael Cheret, and premier British jazz drummer, Clark Tracy.
===== Sunday 18th March - Natalie Williams
Natalie Williams is an exceptional singer/songwriter whose style is a unique blend of vocal jazz, soul and R&B. She has released 4 solo albums and was rewarded in 2010 with a MOBO nomination for best UK soul artist. Natalie has become a fixture at Ronnie Scott's where she often performs with the resident trio and also hosts her own monthly event "Soul Family Sunday" where stars such as Jamie Cullum and Hamish Stuart have often appeared. This is sure to be an exciting night of soul, jazz and funk classics, so don't miss it! Completing the line up are Simon Carter (piano), Rob Mullarkey (bass) and Troy Miller (drums).
===== Sunday 25th March - Paul Booth Organ Trio
Paul is one of the most exciting and in demand saxophonists on the scene today. In his early years he won many awards including a fellowship to study in Miami where he performed with Dave Grusin. Since then he has toured all over the world with the likes of Steve Winwood and Riverdance, as well as performing with many of the leading lights of modern jazz in the UK. He also tours regularly with his own band and has released three solo albums, including his latest offering "Trilateral" which features three different trio line ups. He is joined tonight by organist Ross Stanley and drummer Dave Smith.
