Hi folks,
We'll be hosting Bridge-on-a-Tuesday again tomorrow, from 7pm to as-late-as-we-feel-like-it. I haven't received hard confirmation from Steve that he'll be around, but I know we'll have at least one other joining us, so we will have our doors open and be happy to entertain and hopefully play some bridge =)
Some news items:
- There's 3 sectionally-rated events over the next 4 weeks, all with Thursday-night sessions in our neighborhood: District 6 STaCs (Ohr Kodesh Thu.), Fairfax Sectionals (Ohr Kodesh Thu, Fairfax other days), and Silver Spring Sectionals (Kensington Armory Thu-Sun). Then there's a break until BWI sectionals mid-November. These are all on the BoaT Google calendar, and information on all of them is easily obtainable online.
- With one match left to play, our Washington Bridge League round-robin team is in a fierce three-way fight for first-place. We're mathematically guaranteed to make the play-offs, which will happen in October/November.

I might stop by a little later for a bit, but I can't stay as late as usual. I'm being flown to Dallas early tomorrow for work.

Hi all,
Due to the patchy availability of everyone, we've decided to move BoaT on to Bridgebase tonight. Joia will be on remotely as available, and I'll be at home and available, and we'll be able to play with random extra internet people as needed.
