New post at Board Silly Games Club http://ift.tt/2ncPl6F

BoardSilly Games Club meet tonight at the Newbold Comyn Arms from 8:00.

Come along and have fun playing board games, card games, dice games and (occasionally) dexterity / skill based games, from a selection owned by the club or brought to the pub by you and other people who turn up.

We usually play "Euro games" that don't have player elimination as a game mechanism, so all players  are involved throughout, and you aren't twiddling your thumbs waiting for everyone else to finish.

We welcome new people who would like to play games and we explain how each game works for those who have not played before or not played recently and want a rules refresher.

Bring some games (optional), money for drinks and 50p subs (unless it's your first visit).

Tonight is Burns Night, so does anyone have any games set in Scotland?

Have fun,

John E

John H has Highland Clans, but he never turns up anyway.
Andy K has Lords of Scotland, but he lives in Leeds or somewhere remote.
So no, nothing Scottish to be seen ....

Gary.

Does anyone have a burning desire to play Highland Clans? Really?

Really?

Maybe Flashpoint would be a good game for Burns Night?
