My name is Akash Brinly Hettiarachchi from the School of Civil Engineering and Built Environment, Queensland University of Technology (QUT). I am doing my MPhil research on implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) concept in construction companies. The aim of the research is to introduce a new conceptual model of GHRM to encourage sustainable construction practices.
