Pennsylvania
requires nonprofits to file an "annual report” by April 30th of each year. As far as I can see, this date has not been extended because of the coronavirus outbreak. But it’s a fairly simple form and it just needs to signed by one officer and then mailed.
The form is attached. NOTE THAT YOU ONLY NEED TO FILE THIS IF YOUR PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, OR TREASURER HAS CHANGED SINCE LAST YEAR. Instructions are on page 2 of the form, and I think they’re easy to follow, but

On a related note, nonprofit 990 tax returns that would normally be due on May 15th are now due on July 15th. I’ll send you a reminder email in June
