Hi All - Please review these draft minutes as soon as you can and reply with any additions or corrections. It would be nice to get the minutes out to the members soon, so that the majority of folks who did not participate on the call can be updated on what transpired.

Fred - I was not sure I got the number of member households correct.  Can you check  my numbers in the paragraph on the treasurers report?
