Pennsylvania
requires nonprofits to file an annual report if there’s been a change in
corporate officers in the past year.
If your President, Secretary, or
Treasurer changed since last year, you need to file the attached form 5110 by
April 30th. Instructions are on page 2 of the form, and I think they’re easy to
follow, but let me know if you have any questions or need help filling it out.
