Hi all,

Here are agenda items for our board meeting tomorrow at 7pm. Please feel free to add items!
  • Confirm which board seats are up this year
  • Laundry room price updates, new machine and issues
  • Francesca inspection, lien status, and follow up letter
  • Mice in building
  • Rec room ceiling
  • Concrete at main entrance
  • Landing by me / Kathleen work
  • Pool
  • Lawn care
    • What set day do they come? CPA to confirm
    • Soil to fill a hole by a drain in the back
      • Who will fill it?
  • Any feedback from the newsletter?
  • Semiannual meeting
    • Wednesday May 20th at 7pm
    • Board will come down at 6pm
    • Slide notices under the doors as well
    • Agenda for meeting:
      • Bring up board seats will be open in October
      • If you would like to be permanently included on exterminator list, let CPA know
      • Laundry room updates

  • Laundry room price updates, new machine and issues PRICE UPDATES SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OUT ALREADY

    • Fine of at least 1000.
    • Mice in the building
    • Rec room ceiling
    • Concrete at the main entrance
    • Landing by me / Kathleen work VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!
    • Pool

    What does this mean?

    We shold be accesible to unit owners as board members and they should know how to find us.

    I don't feel comfortable with everyone having my phone number.

    Ok, I am fine with my unit number being shared.

    I don't feel comfortable with putting my unit number either. It's inviting people to come knock on my door with building matters which should be handled with CPA. If it's an emergency, then they should be calling 911, not knocking on a board member's door. I also work remote so cannot have people knocking during the day.

    If this will be a requirement going forward, then unfortunately, I won't be rerunning. I feel very strongly about this.

    Yes, this is going to be mandatory. My feeling is every should know where we can be reached.
    The situations may not need 911. Someone is in my spot, for example that is something that one of us if need should be able to help with, why do they need to call CPA , We I believe we joined to be representatives for all. If anyone is that uncomfortable being someone that other owners can come to I think they are wrong. Please discuss at the meeting.

    Us being reachable is fine but there should be other methods like a group email address or something for them to contact.

    We did join to be representatives for everyone but not for inviting people to disturb me in my home which I feel people will 100% take advantage of like Kim, Denise, or the lady in 15A. 

    I feel very protected of my personal space and is a non-negotiable for me which is why I will happily step down if it's a requirement. Offering alternative ways to reach us is doable and I'm happy to stay a part of the board if that can be done.
