Thanks! This is helpful and the letter is great.

One small thing is that I didn't see "first wash free" in the app when I started unless I missed something. Did anyone else have that? I don't want people to see something that wasn't offered to them just in case it causes an issue.

Also, is there a way to get a similar video for the payment kiosk as the app?

They do not have a similar video for the pay station but the flyer does have insturctions both ways.  When I logged in, I did get a pop up for first wash fee in the app.

I didn't notice the first free wash thing. I'll check it out and see if it applies to my next one.
