Hi everyone,

I am writing to provide an update regarding Francesca’s outstanding maintenance fees, which are now four months past due. Although she committed to delivering the payment to the mailbox today, the payment was not there.

As a result, I have instructed the CPA to proceed with the necessary legal actions. This includes placing a lien on the property for both the unpaid maintenance and the outstanding legal fees from previous instances.

I will keep you informed as this moves forward.
