Hi Cory,

We welcomed Rosemarie this evening and gave her a run down of some general points. While we were down there, we discovered a leak in the office. We notified Gil and he's managing it. The unit upstairs doesn't seem to have any leaks so Gil thinks it might be in the walls. I've attached some pictures.

We were also wondering about changing the locks to the office and rec room. We had some trouble finding Kathleen's keys and all felt it might be best to change them out and start fresh. Should this be something we get or should we task Gil with it?

Please also contact Monica Sidor. There is a UPS package in the mailroom for her.

Rosemarie, please accept the invites you received to join the 2 google groups. One is the one addressed above which has CPA and there is an internal one for just us board members.

Thanks,
Danielle

I will work with Gil to track down the leak.

Gil should be able to change out those locks. If he can’t then I can bring in the locksmith to change out those two locks this week.

Great, thanks. Keep us posted on the extent of the damage it caused and what it will cost to fix.

I'll talk to Gil about changing the locks. He was down there with us and heard us talking about it so he's aware we want to change them. I'll wait til the bulletin board comes and discuss it all at once with him since there is no urgency right now to change them.
