Cory - can you please confirm the upcoming exterminator dates? I assumed it was the first Wednesday of the month and put those dates in.

Looks good to me. 

Although, just wondering if we need the notice about the snow since we should hopefully be past it this season (I hope I didn't just jinx us 😬). And maybe save that notice for the Q4 / Q1 2027 newsletter instead?
