Please be advised that the laundry room will be temporarily closed to allow for upgrades and improvements.
The laundry room will close at 10:00 PM on Sunday March 29, 2026 and is scheduled to reopen at 8:00 AM on Thursday April 9, 2026. We hope to have the work done sooner and will be working towards that goal.
During this time the following work will be completed:
• Installation of an additional dryer
• Re-tiling of the laundry room floor

In addition to these improvements, the laundry payment system in the building will also be upgraded. Once the laundry room reopens, the current laundry card system will no longer be used.
The new system will allow residents to pay for laundry in two ways:
1. PayStation Kiosk – Residents will be able to pay directly at the laundry room pay station using a credit card.
2. Mobile App – Residents may also download the One Tap Away mobile app to select machines and pay directly from their phone.
Both options are simple to use and eliminate the need for laundry cards.
For residents who currently have a balance remaining on a laundry card, instructions are included explaining how to transfer the remaining funds to the new system or request a refund. If you prefer a refund, you will need to complete the provided form and mail it along with your laundry card to the service provider.
Additional instructions for using the new system and transferring card balances are included in the attached documents.
We appreciate your patience while these improvements are completed and look forward to providing an upgraded laundry facility for the building.

Oh sorry I hadn't been in the laundry room since the notice went out. I was thinking for in the elevator, the bulletin board, each floor, etc. I'll put these up in addition to the one in the laundry room.

We emailed them out, and mailed out to anyone who we do not have an email for. We could certainly printed notices and deliver them Monday afternoon as well though if you’d like.

I thought we discussed this at the meeting do whatever you need to do but at the meeting I believe it was said that you would put them under every door whatever
