I removed Kathleen from this thread so we can discuss before CPA responds to her. I still think if she emails us directly that none of us should respond, leaving it only to CPA. She should not get special privileges over the other residents.

Didn't the financials go out last October? I thought they went out after the Fall meeting, not the spring one. Or am I mistaken? (I don't keep them since it's a storage concern for me on my laptop.)

If they are meant to go out twice a year, then it can be distributed at the meeting tomorrow or upon request.

I didn't think that we waited that long to distribute prior year financials. If we have 2025 year end financials handy, it would be good to share. If not, we can share as a fast follow to residents.

Also, agree that CPA should respond to her.

Works for me. We can also mention it at the meeting that if anyone wants a copy mid year, they can simply just request it.
