Hi all,

Really sorry for not being able to get back. I think the letter looks great.

One thought I had, but as a take away from the meeting we will have with Gil on Monday, should we require him to issue Joy an apology? While I know Robyn will be updating Joy the final outcome, if I put myself in Joy's position, I would still be anxious around Gil. If I were her, I'd feel more satisfied knowing he personally apologized.

Just a thought but it could be something we require of him as an employee - if he was just a resident that's different, but he's more than that and works for us including Joy.

If he were to apologize to her, I think someone from the board should be there because part of the stipulation is that he is not to talk to her at all. I would not feel comfortable with him talking to her on his own.

Good Afternoon.

As i do agree with all there is an update,

Yesterday brought new developments to our ongoing situation. He apologized to her, expressing that things have improved recently. Joy shared this update with Robin, who then asked Joy about her experiences with Francesca. Joy replied that things have been much better, which led Robin to conclude that the situation is actually related to Francesca, not Joy.

Given this new information, I suggest that we meet at 6:30 to discuss how we should proceed. It is likely that his attitude will shift once he realizes that the issue involves Francesca rather than Joy.

We have scheduled an inspection at Francesca’s place on Friday at 1:00 PM. I will attempt to attend, but I have an MRI appointment. Please let me know if you are available for the inspection.

Looking ahead to Monday, can we meet at 6:30 PM before he joins us at 7:00 PM? Please confirm your availability. Thank you.

I'm happy to hear it's improved. We definitely still need to drive home with him that his actions were unacceptable and should never happen again with Joy or any other resident.

I'm available to come on Monday at 6:30pm and am also available on Friday at 1pm for Francesca's inspection.
