Building Meeting Agenda - May 20, 2026

  • Current open board seat

  • Board seats that will be open in October

  • Monthly exterminator sign ups

  • Laundry room updates

  • Work done on back steps

  • Front ramp work

  • Pool opening and info

  • Recap of what was done with the assessment

    • Roof, pointing, plumbing (heat exchange), painting

  • Moving in / moving out / construction guidelines

    • Hours, questions, permits, etc.

  • Garbage and bulk pick up (residents must call Lynbrook to arrange or will be subject to fines)

  • Snow, parking spots
