Hi Everyone!

We have received a few requests about minutes from the Semi Annual meeting. We made a few changes to the minutes Rachel submitted to remove names of people who made complaints/ laundry business etc.- attached.

If you would prefer to have the original minutes sent out that Rachel prepared we will do that.

Thanks! I prefer the anonymized version as the one that should be sent out.

Should we include updates we know about - like the updates to the laundry room (the machines cannot accommodate different times and what it has been updated to, etc.), asbestos removal responsibility, etc.?

I know Caitlin shared issues about the laundry room and yesterday when I did laundry, I noticed some weird things. The dryer charged 25 cents for 4 minutes additional instead of 30 cents for 5 minutes after the initial 15 min. It also listed the machine multiple times on the app, which was weird. Wonder if we need a dedicated laundry email instead.

Should we remove the "laundry usage concerns" section? Or is it ok because it's anonymous?
