Meeting with Gil Notes

Hi all,

Here are the notes from our meeting last night with Gil. Please let me know if anything should be added!

• 6:30 pm Attendees: Robin, Rachel, Kathleen, Eddie, Danielle, Rosemarie
• 7 pm Attendees: Robin, Rachel, Kathleen, Eddie, Danielle, Rosemarie, Gil
• There are machines making noises in Francesca’s apartment from 1am – 4am
• There have been multiple complaints about it
• Suspect that could be contributing to the noise
• Robin spoke to Joy about our meeting
• Joy told Robin that Gil apologized and that it’s been better at night
• Instructions to Gil:
• If any residents confront him, he should disengage immediately and contact Robin directly
• He is not to threaten any residents. If there are any issues, contact Robin immediately
• We explained to him that threatening residents with legal action is unacceptable
• Instructed Gil to document instances of noises and share with Robin / the board
• He can request to have meetings with Joy with CPA and the board
• We decided to give him a copy of the letter, but didn’t make him sign
• Kathleen summarized the letter
• He noted that this week has been better
• Separately, Gil mentioned he has a letter from the courts regarding him / Francesca staying away from each other
• Robin to look into it and Gil to see if he has a copy
