//// INTERNAL (I've removed Kathleen)

Does anyone know which bathroom sink is she referring to? In one of the suana rooms?

For the loan, I believe Rachel and I said we would go on it (although please correct me if I'm wrong). I would need an afternoon appt if done on a weekday. I will also be in London for work the week of the 22nd so I will not be available then. If that is the only week that ends up working, someone else will need to sign instead of me.

Capital one told me that they they don't make appointments and we would need to just show up there. Banks are all closed on 6/19 as it is a federal holiday.

The bathroom sink that has the soap over it, is not working at all. Looks like it is totally rotted, tried to touch it, and was totally grossed out. I can not believe no one else complained.

Cory, please make an appointment at Capitol One so I may be removed from the loans. I am available 6/19, and I would believe the new member would also need to be there. I am unable to get anyone on the phone.

Thank you.

I believe she is talking about the sauna, but I will be at the building within the next hour and will check it out with Gil.

I am trying to find out what we would need to bring to Capital one in terms of minutes/resolutions etc for any changes. I called their customer service number and they told me I had to just go into a Branch. I went to the Valley stream branch last week and there was no one there who could help me. They will not make appointments in advance there either. I am going to go to the branch in Baldwin this afternoon or tomorrow and see if I have better luck there as opposed to Valley Stream. Their customer service number has only told me that I have to go into the Branch and they can't advise me. I am hoping I will have better luck at the Baldwin branch. I am doing my best to set this up so it can be taken care of in one shot and we do not have to be at the bank for an extended period of time.

The locks to the rec room were changed yesterday and Gil has copies of the keys for all of the board members. The lock to the office was also changed last week and Gil has those keys, I am not sure if he distributed those to you as of yet.

ok thanks. Please keep us posted. I can also head down later when I check my mail.

Thanks for the update on the loan name change. Hopefully you have better luck in the Baldwin branch. Just keep us posted here too and what we can do to help.

Great news about the locks. Whatever is easier for Gil to distribute them - would it be helpful if we all reached out to him or did he want to drop them off to our units whenever he has some time?

Gil has the keys on him. I think it would be easiest to just reach out to him.

I checked the sinks in both saunas. Both of them have one working sink and one that is not working or needs to be repaired. In the men's sauna one of the faucets is very loose and leaks when turned on. In the women's one of the faucets is not operational at all.

According to Gil the sinks have been like this for years. Gil said he brought it to Kathleen multiple times over the years and was told to ignore it. It would not be a big deal to replace those two faucets if you chose to do so.

Thanks, Cory! Hopefully Baldwin branch will be more helpful and we can get this done. I can be flexible on scheduling when we know more.

Do we have requirements for the number of sinks that need to be working in the saunas? Assume no one has said anything because no one uses them. Unless we need to do something now to be compliant, I would say wait until we have more capacity for it.

There is no requirement to have anything there as far as I'm concerned. As long as there is one working, I don't believe it is necessary at all. My best estimate is that new faucets would probably run $200 to $250 each including installation.

Makes sense! I'm fine with waiting to replace them.

I'm fine with waiting to replace the sinks in those rooms as well. It doesn't seem necessary at the moment.

One room at a time, IMO. We've started with the library and should get to the sauna rooms later. As long as there is no compliance issue, we shouldn't have to worry about them until then.

Perhaps Gil puts a sign or puts tape around the non usable ones in the meantime?
