Attached are the updated house rules with the changes that were discussed and the updated Unit Owner Information guide.

Lastly the interview packet for the new owner interview for 17A is also attached- Cory will leave 2 copies in the office today.

I don't know that we've ever taken a copy of the driver's license. If the new resident doesn't have something, what should we do?

The homeowners insurance most of the time they do not have which we always collect. That was always on the checklist, and we can either make a copy or take a picture. If they do not have all the checks that they should, then we do not issue them the letters they would need to close until we have all the fees.
