I wasn't sure what the Zoom link would be for the meeting. Not sure if CPA can add that in now or too soon?

If all looks good and no edits needed, is anyone able to print it? We would only need 6 copies.  I don't have a printer and not sure how to use the printer in the rec room.

We would like to provide you with a few important updates regarding upcoming work and inspections at the building.

The Nassau County Fire Marshal’s Office will be on-site Thursday evening between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM to conduct testing of the building’s emergency lighting system, along with a general inspection for any additional fire safety concerns.

During this time, please be advised:

Hallway lighting may temporarily go out as part of testing
Emergency lighting will activate to illuminate the hallways
Fire doors in the hallways may close automatically
Power to individual apartments will not be affected

Additionally, carpet cleaning in the common areas is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29th between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

We will also be resurfacing the landing by the rear steps (behind the pool) on Friday, May 1st and Saturday, May 2nd. During this time, that entrance will be closed. Please plan to use alternate entrances as needed.

I thought there was some rule about communication about the building meeting but if there's not, it can go up as is. We did talk about putting printouts under all doors for it so I'm fine either way.

Also, if you have a library card, you can print out some amount of papers for free at the Lynbrook Library.

We do need to send out official notice between 14 days and 10 days beforehand. At that point we will send out another notice and print them out to put under everyone's door as well. There is nothing that says we can send this out for informational purposes though.
