Please see the attached before I sign these for renewal. This policy represents a 6% increase from last year which is much better comparatively then I am generally seeing for policies like this. It is my suggestion that we accept this renewal.

Hi Cory,

 

Hope all is well. The Package and Umbrella policies will be renewing 11/24. By now, you should have received a copy of the Package from DB Insurance Co. Attached is a summary of the Package that was issued.

This is for property and liability coverage of a 60-unit residential condo association, with outside parking and (1) pool on premises. The current building limit is $18,500,000. That is a replacement cost of approximately $225/square foot.. Business Income limit of $600k and  Ordinance or Law are also included. Please review and let me know if you want to revise any of these limits. General Liability is also included on the Package with limits of $1M occurrence, $2M aggregate. Total premium is $31,297.69, which proved to be the most competitive.

 

The Umbrella quote offered is with Greenwich Insurance, for a limit of $25M excess over the General Liability policy. Total premium is $4,666. Alternative limits are offered on the attached quote. If you would like to bind one of the other limits, let me know and I will revise the application.

 

To bind the umbrella, please sign where indicated and return. If the limits on the Package renewal are sufficient, please sign where indicated and return. For your convenience, I will send copies of the attached to you via DocuSign for your electronic signature.
