Good morning,

I would like to bring your attention the cimente/epoxy are broken and all bricks are falling. Also I would say we had to fix it 3 times in less 12 years. I hope the last company will be accountable because the job was done not too long ago.
Please, advise.

i am not sure what temporary fix would be other than putting a thick rug on it...???

the weather is probably not ideal for a good permanent fix. tomorrow night there is more snow predicted

Hello Board,

 

We could; suggest a thick rug but they could still cause the hazard of slipping and we want to avoid anything that could cause an injury to anyone.

 

We could come out on warmer day and do a skim coat of hydraulic cement and that would hold it in place until the permeant fix can be done.

 

Please advise how you would like to move forward.

Good morning All,

 

I hoping you doing well.

Last week the work was done but doesn’t look good. I don’t believe will last longer too. Also later my wife found our garden hose cut off.

 

As our condo fee was reduce because an error done in the past. How can I get back the money the last 11 years?
