Hi to All,

We received an email from Ashley on Friday regarding a master insurance claim for Unit 3 due to extensive water damage caused by the common sprinkler system located in Units 1-5.

I have owned Unit 3 for over 20 years and have never reported any issues. The sprinkler system had not been serviced or tested in the last 18 years and it’s age and the quality of the materials used gave way to multiple pipe breaks, resulting in major leaks in various places.

Please reply to Ashley’s email with your approval of the claim so that we can proceed with the necessary repairs, estimated and specified by the insurance company.
