Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing well.

It is our understanding that according to the Condominium documents each Unit Owner is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the decks located in the back of each unit and is listed as “Owner Responsibility”. As you may or may not be aware, we would like to replace the materials with composite which is maintenance-free and lasts much longer in addition to the current lower cost.

It took a long time to look at many different materials during the past months due to availability, shortages, and costs along with many other factors during these challenging times. After extensive research, we have found composite materials that best match with the condominium required color of all decks. Within the next 2 days you will find on your front porch a sample of TrexSelect composite material in the color that the Manufacturer calls “Madeira” in a ziplock bag for your review and approval. Please note to receive an accurate assessment of the provided sample color, please put under direct sunlight.

Would you please be so kind to review the provided sample and let me know if you approve the replacement materials using TrexSelect composite and Madeira color for Unit 1?

Thanking you in advance for your time as it is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Karen Duffey
Unit 1
