transition tasks for CCTBL board work in 2014, and Blaine's resignation from the board

To make our transition to a new board structure clean and well defined, Rich, Steve, Susan and I are taking the following steps.
- Rich and Steve are working to remove Steve from the FirstBank team bank account
- George and Susan are working to publish all 2013 minutes to our Google Drive space
- George is working with PayPal to remove Steve from the PayPal account
- George will remove names from this mailing list in the next couple of days, leaving Greg and Rich on the list. You should assume as of now that after receipt of this mail that the list only contains Greg and Rich’s email, so if you want to reach other folks on the 2013 board, you should use individual email addressed.
- George will document how to maintain the board mailing list for Rich, Greg or other board members to manage.
- George will document the overall structure of the CCTBL web site for Greg, Rich or other volunteers to manage. I’m still willing to help out but I don’t want to be the only one with this knowledge, in case I’m busy and something time sensitive needs to be done.
- I have asked Steve to put together a financial statement for 2013 team activities. I will also post this to the Google Drive location and will share it with all of you, since as board members in 2013, this is information that you should have available to you.
- I am going to send out a final email to the team as the 2013 president, summarizing the status of the team as of the end of 2013.
Finally, I wanted to share with you that Blaine has also decided to step down from the board, due to work and life pressures. This results in there being seven openings on the board. Rich and Greg are meeting this week to think about the board structure going forward so the action of filling the other board positions (or perhaps amending the bylaws to reduce the # of board positions) rests with them.
Let me know if you can think of anything else we need to do to make the transition to the new board structure complete.
