I'd like to see more easy/intermediate bike rides.

Clarify the mission- for a cycling team there seems to be little interest in actually cycling or putting on a cycling event from a large section of our members. If we're a group of people that like to hang out together and volunteer/fundraise for cancer that is a different mission.

Continued frequency and varied locations of group rides. I think both of these aspects improved in 2013, and hopefully will continue to grow. I really enjoy the friendship and comeraderie on our group rides...when I am able to attend, of course.

Finding ways to raise money and awareness through some currently establish events in the front range area. Not just bicycle events.

Maybe more Sunday team rides. Seemed like many Saturdays when I had kids sports

disassociate from livestrong benefit different cancer groups

1. Establish a regular (weekly) route. People show up at least once a week to ride with the group. The route (what ever is) and time don't change. If you can't make it one week, simply don't come. Several groups can depart in sequence from strong ability to weaker ability so everyone can ride with people with similar ability or try to push themselves by joining a faster group. 2. RE-BRAND - it's time to seriously consider distancing our selves from Live-Strong (within our team name). It appears LiveStrong wants to distance itself from cycling a bit because of the negative associations. Maybe we are not doing them any favors by including them in our name. It is still a great organization and we could still donate and raise the money for them. However, there are great opportunities to give back to the local cancer organizations also. 3. Establish a racing element. This is supposed to be a team - let's start acting like it and get racing. 4. Social hours and BBQ's are great, we need more of those. 5. I recommend we keep it cycling only. Running is great but I can do that on my own time.

Need more activities. Last year they were few and far between.

If it truly a city wide team than have rides and events THROUGHOUT the city, not just where board members live.

None - you guys are doing great

I value the time with the team and plan to do more volunteerism.
