Please let all our members know about the following requirements and support to WRC as part of the membership process.  I have attached the information about Women's Night Out below.  WRC would expect members participating in the discount program to be there early to clear the floor and stay late to clean up and return all merchandize to the shop floor.  We will also have our Team tent there to promote our Team and the First Ascent Ride.

Each of our CCTBL members has the opportunity to receive discounts from WRC when they purchase parts and accessories, clothing, electronics etc.  The discount amount varies by the category of item and typically ranges from 10% (electronics) to 30% (parts).  Discounts are obtained automatically and are administered by the Point of Sale System in the store.  When a member submits their membership application and they want to be part of the WRC discount program we will give their member names to WRC for input to the POS.   In addition, each member may buy a bike (in some cases two) annually from Trek at a 25% discount.  Bike discounts are usually part of a bike fit/Team discount night.  To receive these discounts members must support WRC in the following manner: 1) they must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner while riding and obey all rules of the road, 2) while riding they display the WRC logo on Team kits and represent the shop in an appropriate manner, and 3) commit to volunteering and/or supporting WRC in the amount of 8 hours annually.
