Richard Read built bradfordonavon.com using Joomla - mainly because it
ticked more boxes for use with plugins like calendars, classified ads,
etc. I don't think he'd claim to be a Joomla dev but he certainly
knows his way around it.
He can be reached via http://www.thedigitalpartners.co.uk/ (which
suggests that he's no longer a freelance, but I'm not sure, you'd have
to ask him).
if he can't help, someone on underscore might. Although they'd have a
cheerful argument about the pros and cons of Joomla first, mind you.
