Access denied errors

Hi All,

Recently a user notified us that the link provided to our terms & conditions when logging in the first time was not working (although the link was also available in the menu on the left).

We fixed this URL problem.  However in doing so, the system thinks the terms were changed (they weren't) and thus it will ask you to re-accept those terms.

Some users are seeing Access Denied errors.  If this happens to you, please log out and back in.  It should then ask you to confirm the terms and work as expected after.
