Problems to run examples

Hello,

I am new here and I've started to try out the site by executing some examples, but so far I've had no success to see the jobs output. Maybe there is a problem with the internal server where the result is produced because I am always getting the following error when checking the job output:

Warning: fopen(/tmp/boa-outputLbp6aU): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in boa_job_output() (line 28 of/home/boa/boaroot/www/boa/modules/boa/job.output.inc).

I remember seeing this message for the jobs 2926 and 2928. Is there anything else I should do to see the job output ?

Hi Otmar,

I apologize for these difficulties!

If this happens, try clicking 'resubmit' on the job and let it run again. Most likely that would fix the issue. I already did this on the two jobs you mentioned and I was able to view the output for both now.

I am attempting to track down why this happened so we can prevent it in the future!
