Plan for BNVS ACCESS English Event “sharing cultures, sharing Beijing”
l Time: 13:00-17:00 September 28, Saturday, 2013
l Location: Capital Museum( can be accessed by subway line 1, Muxidi Station and many bus-lines, see http://ditu.google.cn/ or http://map.baidu.com/)
All volunteers please meet with our group at the East Gate of the underground first floor before 14:00.
l Purpose:
1. Creating an English environment to help students practice English communication skills;
2. Building a bridge between cultures, getting to know Beijing folk customs, broadening views and enriching life;
3. Students gaining social experiences by interacting with volunteers.
l Learning points:
1. Learn to say inspiring and motivating English mottoes, proverbs, or sayings;
2. Learn to speak and spell English terms for Beijing folk custom objects: alley, dress, tiger-shoes, kite, clay-doll, birdcage, firecracker, lion-dance, lantern, sedan, pushcart, Beijing Opera;

活动时间：2013年9月28日星期六13:00-17:00
活动地点：首都博物馆（地铁1号线木樨地站下车，公交车见http://ditu.google.cn/ 或http://map.baidu.com/）
全体志愿者请在14：00前在地下一层东门外和百年职校团队集合。
活动目标：
1. 营造英文交流环境，锻炼英文交流能力；
2. 建立文化交流的桥梁，认识北京文化，拓展视野，丰富生活；
3. 和志愿者互动，增加社会经验。
学习要点：
1. 生活中能够激励人心的英文格言、谚语或一句话；
2. 老北京特色物件英文名：alley, dress, tiger-shoes, kite, clay-doll, birdcage, firecracker, lion-dance, lantern, sedan, pushcart, Beijing Opera
活动形式：体验式、充满活力、高互动性
