Dear friends, 

I am excited to write you this email as our first contact, to invite you to join our first ACCESS activity this term. To shortly introduce myself, my name is May, and as the new full-time English teacher in BNVS Beijing, I will be coordinating ACCESS program this year. I've been working as a language teacher since I graduated from Nanjing University and Eastern Finland University. I've taught in Yunnan, Switzerland, Estonia, Norway and Beijing. I share the belief, passion and effort of BNVS's program. It will definitely be a great honor for me to work with you all. 

Since we don't have ACCESS program for the cohort 2013, we will only continue last year's program for cohort 2012. It will take place monthly on the last Saturday of each month. The first time of this semester will be on September 28th. Our current plan is to visit the Capital Museum of China, andthe theme will be "sharing cultures, sharing Beijing". We wish to put volunteer teachers with students in small groups, having conversations on the topic during the tour in the Museum. It will be wonderful if you could join us in our volunteer team, or introduce your contacts/friends to us! 

I've heard from my colleagues about how supportive and important you are to us. I show great respect for that. As I am new to the position, your assistance will be much valued.
