Position Details:
The selected Release Engineer shall be responsible for configuration management, deployments, packaging and associated automation. The candidate’s roles and responsibilities shall include but not be restricted to the following areas:
• Maintaining configuration of development, test and release environments
• Deployment of code objects as a part of the daily internal and external release schedules across technology layers
• Ensuring strict configuration management practices during the development lifecycle to ensure a smooth release to customers
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
• Participate in release and packaging automation initiatives from time to time which are initiated by the release group
Experience: Fresher’s / Candidates up to 1 yr experience in the same skill
Job Location : Bangalore
Position Requirements:
Must Have Qualification & Experience:
a. Any Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Information Science
b. Ability to Communicate effectively & correctly in both oral & written forms
c. Experience of having worked in Linux environment
Good to Have:
a. Oracle Certified DB Admin
b. Oracle Certified Weblogic server admin
c. Siebel Server Admin Certification
d. Version Control & Release management systems knowledge
e. System admin certification in Linux/Unix area
