I’ve never been so scared in my life.

Last night was just like any other night.

I made myself a bedtime drink, snuggled into my PJs and locked the doors before heading up to bed.

I was just drifting off to sleep, you know in that half-awake/half-asleep state - when I heard a loud BANG!

I nearly jumped out of my skin!

It only took a couple of seconds to realise that it was just the dogs, Loki and Stella, knocking something over in the kitchen, but my heart was still pounding and it took me a good half an hour to settle back down to sleep.

As I was trying to drift back off, I started thinking…

Not all things that go bump in the night are just caused by dogs, cats and ghostly apparitions.

Sometimes it’s something so much worse.

I was able to relax and settle back down to sleep safe in the knowledge that my home was secure, protected by good locks, good dogs and an excellent alarm system. If an intruder really had broken in, I’d have known about it!

Would you be able to say the same?

If not, let’s have a chat and see how we can help make your house more secure and so you can sleep soundly.
