Mayfair is on the move - Important Info

Dear fellow Mayfair’ers,
Following on from my last email, asking you all to vote on whether you would be happy to move to a new location, the results are in.
As per my announcement on Tuesday I am delighted to say that from Tuesday September 3rd we will be relocating.
Our new home will be the Harley Lounge on Cavendish Square.
A couple of important points. If you are going away anytime during September, please inform your sub of the new location. If you’re going away, please get a sub.
The breakfast will be a slightly trimmed down version of what was on offer last time. Any feedback, please reply to ME ONLY.
We will be experimenting with the room layout, so please bear with us whilst we find our rhythm.
Please remember that doors do open at 6.30. It would be very helpful if you could arrive as close to that as possible and help Richard and Lucie where possible. We are all visitor hosts. Let’s all make the effort to make the transition as smooth as possible.
I do need someone with a car who will be coming this week to please offer to take our box home and bring it early to the meeting on the 3rd. Remember there is no meeting on the 27th. If you can help please reply to ME ONLY.
I think you’ll all agree that this is another excellent selling point when it comes to inviting visitors.
So please keep inviting.
