Power Teams

Good afternoon BNI Mayfairers,
I hope your day is going well, so far.?
As I alluded to, earlier, this morning – please find attached list of new Power Team allocations. These groups are now in line with the rest of BNI and Theo & I have spent some time considering what are the optimum teams for each of you – however, it does leave a gap within the “Events, Lifestyle & Wellness”. Obviously, this is something to consider when inviting future guests, but I’m sure our illustrious leader (that’s Lewis, by the way…..) will highlight this as the year goes on.!
As you will notice – certain names have been highlighted within each group and those have been nominated as the Team Captain, for the next 3 months. The Team Captain responsibilities include general rallying of the power team to encourage regular inter-action such as power team meetings (monthly), power team socials and any other activities necessary to generate more referrals within your team. Once the 3-month reign has been served that Team Captain will nominate the next Team Captain…..and so on & so forth, etc, etc.
Some people have requested to belong to maybe 1 other power team, but just remember this will require more of your time & availably, so please consider this when requesting to be placed within other power teams. And, on that note please email me if you do wish to belong to an additional PT, but also indicate which of the Teams you consider as your primary PT when requesting this.?
Hopefully all these PT groups will be on the new edition of the meeting sheet, but please let me know if you have any questions.
