New layout.

Hi everyone. Just a quick heads up on Wednesday's meeting,we are changing the layout of the tables to give more room for the person giving the 10 minute presentation,the screen and lectern I'd appreciate your feedback after the meeting on Wednesday,if it doesn't work we will change it back but I think we should try it.
