Hi All,

An idea for you is that if we setup Mailchimp (free to use) to add visitors to the list and send out say monthly newsletters about the group and have a member(s) in focus that could lead to more business for you all. 

If some visitors open the newsletter more than the norm then we could follow up to see if they would like to visit the chapter again.

The thinking of this is that BNI may not be right for them when they visit for a host of reasons but if we keep in contact things may change say in six months. Also you could export the list and add it to your own lists :) Gives visitors another reason to join such as we will advertise your business to say x amount of businesses. 

Could be something for the growth coordinator to do and coordinate at times.
