Important Announcement: Tomorrow's Meeting Still On As of Now

Hi everyone,
As we brace for what is likely to be a worse storm than today's lovely flurries, I wanted to keep you all in the loop with what we can expect for our meeting tomorrow.
Of course, safety comes first. That's a no brainer. We trust that all of you can make the appropriate call when deciding to attend tomorrow with safety in mind.
If the DC schools are delayed or there is a liberal leave for federal employees, we WILL have a meeting but if you cannot make it, absences will not count against you.
If DC schools are cancelled, we will NOT have a meeting.
Keep an eye on DC school announcements and either Brian or me will send out an email by 9:00 with an update.

BNI DC / NOVA – INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The BNI-NOVA BNI- DC standard procedure for severe weather is – if the county school system is closed there is no meeting – if the county school system starts late or has “liberal leave” then a meeting is held, but no absences are charged. You must have a system of notifying your chapter members and planned visitors when a cancellation of this type occurs. You should also call your Director Consultant as soon as the decision to cancel the meeting has been made.
