Hi Team!

 

First of all, I want to say congrats! We've had a great couple of weeks and I can feel the momentum building more with each week and that's thanks to you. I just have a few announcements and updates that will help us stay organized as our group continues to grow and we step it up a notch!

• Agenda Additions- Email Rick by each FRIDAY at 5PM: 1. Keynote Speaker-Who is introducing you? 2. Any events you want listed 3. If you are the next week's speaker, who should we invite? Be specific as it will get you more guests. 
• Reminder: Arrive at 11:30, not 11:45. We've had about 10 guests each week, which is awesome. So, now we need all hands on deck to ensure things run smoothly.
• Reply to tell me if you're attending the meeting on Tuesday, December 30th.

Announcements

• Leadership Updates: 1. Natlian: Visitor Host, 2. Brian G.: Power Team Coordinator, 3. Nicole: Educational coordinator, 4. Ken: Visitor Host. Congrats to our new leaders! This is going to help our group tremendously!
• Stack Days: This is a day that we all give an extra push to invite at least 3 people from the same industry. We will have stack days when Power Teams present. Think "Who can benefit from this power team (as potential clients) or from joining their team (potential members)?
• Door Prize Reminder: Try to use your door prize to promote business within BNI or as an opportunity to invite a guest (Ex: massage gift card- ask the massage therapist to donate $30 gift card and then invite them to attend and pay for their lunch!)
