Hi everyone, 

Great meeting today! I wanted to gauge your interest in collaborating with CHAW, Capitol Hill Arts Workshop. Hannah Jacobson and Jill Strachan visited our chapter a few weeks ago. They're not only great people but also offer an exciting opportunity for us to get more connected within the Capitol Hill community.

The two main ideas we discussed were: 

1) Sponsoring a month (possibly February) Cost is $950 and includes:

• Large banner outside the building with our name on it for the month (they create it) 
• Banner on their website (3600 unique visitors monthly) 
• Mention in emails to subscribers (6200) 
• Biz card ad in their show programs for the rest of the year and shoutout at shows
• Room to discuss other requests that we want

$950/ 12 = about $80/member to sponsor for the month

2) Hosting a collaborative happy hour in their art gallery

• Possibility of short discussion/panel on relationship between arts and business 
• Ability to invite guests who may not be able to make the Tuesday lunch- hosted by our BNI chapter
• Opportunity to connect with others from the community who attend
• Open for suggestions/ideas
